Massage may also stimulate the brain into releasing hormones, which are natural "pain killers", called endorphins. Some believe massage can increase the functions of the immune system as well.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is where massage meets yoga. Thai Yoga Massage uses a combination of assisted stretches, range of motion and diverse massage techniques to balance the physical and energetic bodies. The client is fully clothed, wearing loose comfortable clothing.
